Advocate, educator, and community builder, Eleazar is dedicated to creating spaces where individuals and communities can thrive through equitable access, mindfulness, and the transformative power of nature. As an experienced Outdoor Education Facilitator and Chief Enjoyment Officer, Eleazar specializes in leadership development, mindfulness, and team building. He designs adventure-based programs that foster fun, collaboration, healthy risk-taking, and effective communication.
Eleazar’s journey in youth and organizational development began in 2014 at the Princeton Blairstown Center, where he developed a lifelong commitment to helping youth and the professionals who support them, particularly those impacted by the criminal legal system, build long-term relationships with wellness and community.
He has led impactful programs for organizations like Hurricane Island Outward Bound, Rising Grounds, Trinity Church Wall Street, The Queens Community Justice Center, Young Presidents Organization, WhedCo, JP Morgan Chase, CASES, The Maine Development Foundation, and Deloitte's Amplify Program.
Currently, Eleazar is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at The Knowledge House, where he empowers a new generation of technologists from underserved communities through access to tech education. His academic background in Psychology and Peace and Conflict Studies from DePauw University informs his culturally responsive and holistic approach to education.
